What we collect

When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), we collect the contact and specification details you provide in the form: your name, business email address, company name, country, WhatsApp number and the product specifications or enquiry details you enter. We also record the page from which the enquiry was submitted and the submission timestamp.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and for related business communication with you. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent. We do not sell your information to third parties.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, please email rfq@dqiaooptics.com with the subject line “Data Request”.
